 PLEASE NOTE:  Due to Covid we are experiencing some delays with shipping, especially international orders. International orders may take over a month to arrive. 
Return Policies:
  • Clothing  - Iris + Indi accepts returns up to 15 days of arrival for items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered with tags still attached. The customer will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to the retailer within the 15 day period. 
  • Returns are to be sent to Iris & Indi Inc. PO Box 458, Riverside IL 60546
  • Your return will be processed as soon as it arrives back to me. Please note original shipping and return shipping are not reimbursedSale clothing is non-refundable and is considered final sale.
  • Jewelry & Accessories-do not accept any returns for Jewelry and Accessories. I simply do this for sanitary reasons and to keep customers safe. 
  •  Home decor - Iris + Indi will look at returns for home decor and especially Ceramics items as a case to case basis. I do not guarantee returns for home decor and ceramic items as I am a small shop and will not accept returns on home decor simply for "a change of mind". Please email me at if you are looking to return. 
  • Paintings + Handmade Ceramics (Mugs, plates, dishes, etc) - do not accept returns of any kind for paintings and handmade Ceramic items.  
Exchanges: As I put effort to send out items national and international, clean, germ free, and under Covid-19 guidelines, at this time I cannot offer exchanges on our items.

Shipping:  All orders will ship with a tracking number which is emailed to you once your label is created. If you did not receive a tracking email please check your email address is correct on the order. Feel free to email me at if more assistance is needed.

I typically ship through USPS and UPS. International orders may differ.

PLEASE NOTE: that incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs. 

Iris + Indi is not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Please contact your local USPS or UPS for help on recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email. 

I do my best to get orders out as quickly as I can, but please note that delays are possible since I am a one Woman shop. I typically ship out orders in batches 1-3 times a week. 

If you have multiple orders during our shipping period we will ship them together and refund any overages.
